Refund and Returns Policy

ORDERS 

 

Please note- once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it.

We are a made-to-order business so fabric and supplies are ordered immediately, ready to create your Piece. 

 

Poolside By B is a made to order Business, we do not accept returns. We do accept exchanges for size. We also offer free alterations. 

 

DELIVERIES 

Please note delays with Courier services are something we have no control over. We understand it can be frustrating and if Parcels are delayed, we cannot be held responsible for this and cannot offer refunds unless the courier service have said the Parcel is missing. If it has gone missing, we will send you a full refund within 28 days. If there is a problem with your order, please make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving it. If you have had the order for more than 7 days we wont be able to resolve this for you as we have limited time to make orders. The customer must return their order within 14 days of it being delivered.
